Collusion Tapworks

Collusion Tapworks opened its Lititz taproom on April 5, 2021, bringing its inventive, small-batch brewing approach to the heart of Lancaster County. Located in the historic Lititz Shirt Factory, the space blends modern design with an industrial edge, featuring a 7-barrel brewhouse, a 1-barrel pilot system, and a minimalist kitchen designed to complement the beer without stealing the spotlight.

The Lititz taproom offers 24 rotating taps pouring beer, cider, and mead produced on site. With new releases dropping weekly, Collusion’s production schedule stays in constant motion, supported by 12 fermenters and a dedicated barrel-aging and sour blending program. The result is a steady stream of fresh, experimental beers alongside small-batch bottle releases available exclusively in the taproom.

Head brewer Jared Barnes brings a deep well of experience to Collusion’s brewing philosophy. A graduate of the Siebel Institute Master Brewers Course and the Doemens Academy in Munich, Jared has led brewing operations across the East Coast, including stints at Southern Tier Brewing Company, Darwin Brewing Company, Mispillion River Brewing, and Wyndridge Farms. His beers have earned recognition at the World Beer Cup, Great American Beer Festival, and multiple state and regional competitions.

Conveniently located on Juniper Lane, just a half block from Lititz Square, Collusion Tapworks is easy to reach whether you’re local or visiting. Metered street parking is available nearby, with free parking after 5 PM and on weekends.
