Inspiration Brewing Company

Inspiration Brewing is a neighborhood-focused brewpub in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, offering locally brewed beers in a warm, welcoming setting. Located on South Reading Road, the brewery pairs a cozy taproom atmosphere with a production-driven space dedicated to thoughtful, small-batch brewing.

Co-owned by Brian Mills, Charley Mills, and Craig Chu, Inspiration Brewing opened in 2024 and reflects Brian Mills’ long-standing passion for brewing. With more than 15 years of homebrewing experience and professional time spent at Mount Gretna Brewing, Mills set out to create a space centered on creativity, approachability, and community.

The taproom features a rotating selection of original beers alongside a light food menu focused on panini sandwiches, with plans for future expansion. Inspiration Brewing also offers beverages made with spirits from other Pennsylvania producers and is preparing to introduce house-made seltzer options. Looking ahead, the brewery plans to begin canning and distributing its beers to local bars and restaurants.

At the core of Inspiration Brewing is a commitment to inclusivity and comfort—captured by its signature beer, Gezellig, named after the Dutch word that describes the feeling of relaxed togetherness shared among friends. It’s a fitting expression of the atmosphere Inspiration Brewing aims to create for everyone who walks through its doors.
