Spring House Brewing Company

Spring House Brewing Company began in the rolling farmland of Conestoga, Pennsylvania, where weekend trips to a modest barn brewery helped build a loyal following long before craft beer was commonplace in Lancaster County. While the operation has grown significantly since those early days, Spring House has remained rooted in a hands-on, community-driven approach to brewing.

Today, Spring House’s Hazel Street location in Lancaster City serves as the heart of its brewing operations. Housed in a restored antique warehouse, the Hazel Street facility is home to the brewery’s production system as well as its flagship taproom. Guests can enjoy a rotating lineup of Spring House beers alongside a wood-fired pizza kitchen, arcade games, a dog-friendly patio, and flexible space for private and community events.

Beyond Hazel Street, Spring House beers can also be found at its sister concepts, including The Coffin Bar in downtown Lancaster and The Tavern in Strasburg, offering additional ways to experience the brewery’s beers paired with seasonal food menus. While Spring House’s original downtown taproom closed in July 2023, the Hazel Street location continues to anchor the brewery’s presence and production in Lancaster County.
